Our compassionate veterinary team is available to discuss all aspects of your pet’s health when you are weighing this difficult decision. We can advise you on all of the medical options available to you. Our medical center offers treatments that may not be available at other veterinary clinics. We will thoroughly explain your pet’s condition, prognosis, and treatment options to help you weigh the difficult quality of life questions for your pet.

If you decide euthanasia is the appropriate next step for your pet, we offer pet euthanasia service at our hospital. We are here to support you, and a member of our veterinary team will be with you and your pet at all times.
We strive to support your wishes, and accommodate any special requests. The primary goal is to deliver this service with respect and in a pain-free manner.
Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center can coordinate cremation services for your dog or cat. We are available to discuss your pet’s cremation options including communal cremations, or a private cremation. Private cremation makes it possible to have your pet’s ashes returned to you.
